廈門大學校園本身就是廈門著名的風景區。廈門市區的風景旅遊區基本上是以廈門大學為中心輻射的。我們住在離廈門大學南校門百米之遙的克立樓國際學術會議交流中心，南校門口就是多輛公交車的總站，旁邊就是全國著名的南普陀寺，翻過山頂就是國家重點風景名勝區、全國首批五A旅遊景區。從克力樓沿著廣闊的汽車道走約摸20分鍾沿途有許多景點，其中就有當年魯迅和許廣平談戀愛的情人湖，翻過山頭穿過隧道就到了學校的海濱區，這里瀕臨大海，出了校門就是有名的廈門胡里山炮台和沿海的東環道路由一串串特色景點連接和金門隔海相望。

作為學術和教育重鎮的廈門大學，其風景優美山水校園環境在全國高校中首屈一指。山水兼備的高校在我們並不很多，而擁有緊靠大海的高校更是很少，廈門大學的許多教職員工宿舍依山傍水，登高望遠，近水樓台，在這里教學、研究和生活是一種莫大的享受，也是一種自然美景的熏陶，一種自然和人文的有機結合，是教學研究之餘上山下水健身休閑的理想場所。

1、群賢樓

從廈門大學正門進入校園，很容易被左側群賢樓長廊上的人流所吸引，這些樓群回的一樓被該答改成文化歷史展，二樓開辟了魯迅先生紀念館，通過一塊塊展覽板和歷史文物，講述魯迅先生在廈門大學任教的故事，可以在這里邊走邊看。

3、思源谷

思源谷是遊客喜歡的一個地方，它和教學區有段距離，是廈門大學龍舟隊的訓練基地，也是廈大學生的選修課——高爾夫的上課點。平日里，除了情侶，很少有學生會到這里，所以思源谷又名情人谷。

4、建南大禮堂

建南大禮堂就緊挨著上弦場，這是由陳嘉庚親自設計的，算是廈門大學學生心裡的標志建築之一，也是每年畢業照必有的取景地。

5、芙蓉隧道
