准備一份精彩的演講PPT，成為一個演講高手

很多人都想，但如何做到呢？

其實可以分為幾步：

先掌握演講者信息

無論是自己演講還是別人演講，製作幻燈片時，都需要了解演講者的兩點關鍵信息。

❶ 演講場景

職場有兩種最常見的場景。

一是成果匯報，幻燈片類型為「工作型」。

二是公共演講或戰略演講，幻燈片類型為「演講型」。

E. 怎樣讓ppt演講有趣

PPT里忌諱有大段文字，即使列成一條一條的大段文字也不可取，因為聽眾很難做到一專邊聽你講一邊默讀屬。如果感覺文字非常有必要 那麼可以嘗試用關鍵詞取代。如果PPT里有用到動畫或短片，而報告時不是用自己電腦，講之前檢查好是否能正常工作。如果不是給小朋友作報告，盡量不要用太酷炫的動畫效果。每兩張幻燈片之間的銜接要做好，PPT做好了講的時候才能順暢。標題做到精確概括每張幻燈片的內容，即使講的時候不夠清晰到位，聽眾也能自己領會精神。如果結果非常多，建議不同部分做個小結，這樣有助於聽眾慢慢消化接受，不至於漸漸聽不懂轉去會周公。很重要的一點，如果是同一個PPT用於不同用途，請仔細修改第一張幻燈片的信息（包括報告時間，地點或者會議主題），這樣做是對聽眾的尊重。可以准備兩張conclusion的幻燈片，一張放在正常位置，另一張放在感謝的片子後面，以防時間不夠講不完了，可以直接按End鍵切換到結論的幻燈片上。
