您好，這個問題，主要還是看時間點。根據非途 旅遊的材料顯示，就2017年的暑假來說，以昆明為例。由於當時昆明正在創辦文明城市，所以很多單位和機構，其實都沒有假期，大家都在加班加點的去為創文做貢獻。這就導致了往年很火的暑假親子游泰國，今天人數急劇下降，往往很多團收不滿。這種情況下，旅行社為了減少損失，就會降價銷售，價格也就一低再低。基本上4000左右都可以玩得很好了。
在往年，暑假的價格基本上都是在6000左右。所以其實可以看出來，銳減了很多。
但是到了2018年的寒假，也就是2018年1月和2月。由於暑假沒有假期的人們，全都在這個時間段選擇陪孩子出國去玩一玩，導致了航空公司與泰國酒店的價格暴漲，機票已經到了3000以上，甚至是四五千都有。加上泰國旺季的到來，酒店價格上漲，1月底2月的跟團均價已經超過了7000，而且僅僅是機票+酒店的行程，如果含上一日游這些類目的話，基本已經到8500+，如果住的更好一點，玩得更好一點，基本上已經過萬了。
跟團旅遊的價格很大程度上面，和市場有關系，當市場供不應求的時候，自然價格就上漲；當市場供大於求，那價格自然就下降了。所以單純的說暑假便宜還是寒假便宜，有點太籠統了。
