There are four major regional dialects in the United States:northeastern,south,inland north,and midwestern.The Midwestern accent (considered the "standard accent" in the United States,and analogous in some respects to the received pronunciation elsewhere in the English-speaking world) extends from what were once the "Middle Colonies" across the Midwest to the Pacific states.

1、先到中信银行，持您的个人护照到柜台窗口去购买一张签证预约卡（签证预约卡有两种，一种是8分钟36元，另外一种是12分钟54元的，可根据您的个人情况购买）和缴纳一下旅游签证费用1024元。

2、买完签证预约卡后，就可直接给美国驻华大使馆打电话了4008-872-333，进行签证预约（签证预约的过程中需要的基本信息，如护照号，身份证号，签证申请费的收据单号，以及姓名、出生日期及电话号码等信息）

3、预约签证的同时，可进行签证材料的准备，基本材料清单如下：

a. 有效护照：如果您的护照将在距您预计抵美日期的六个月内过期、或已损坏、或护照上已无空白的签证签发页, 请在前来面谈之前先申请一本新护照。

b. DS-160表格确认页：请在上面注明您的中文姓名、您中文姓名的电报码、中文家庭地址、公司名字及地址。请将您的表格确认页竖着打印在A4纸上。面谈时请携带打印出来的DS-160表确认页。

c. 一张照片：于6个月内拍摄的2英寸x2英寸（51毫米x51毫米）正方形白色背景的彩色正面照。请用透明胶带将您的照片贴在护照封面上。

d. 签证申请费收据原件：您可以在中信银行在中国的任何分行支付签证申请费 1024元人民币。请将收据用胶水或胶条粘贴在确认页的下半页上。

e. 含有以前赴美签证的护照，包括已失效的护照。

f. 能够说明您为何一定会返回中国的证据: 出示经济、社会、家庭或其它方面对您具有约束力的文件，以帮助您证明您在美国短暂停留后有意返回中国。由于个人情况的不同，申请人应出示的证据也各不相同。下列文件可以帮助签证官评估您是否有意返回中国：户口本、身份证、雇佣证明、能客观反映您每月收入的工资单、上有正常规律的存取记录的存折等。

g. 资金证明: 证明您有能力无需工作即可支付在美停留整个期间的费用，例如能客观反映您每月收入的工资单、上有正常规律的存取记录的存折等。

4、DS-160表格的在线填写，可登陆到https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/这个网址，将您的基本情况填入即可。填写好后将DS-160的确认页打印出来即可。

5、最后就是带着准备好的材料，在预约日到使馆进行面签就可以了。

首先看是欠款的性质，是一直拖着没还，还是已经还了，只是有延期记录版。
再看就是信用卡登记的个人信权息，如果是护照办理，信用不良记录肯定有。如果是留学或者打工在美用driving license办理的话，到期不续可能就取消了，成为坏账。如果当时考的时候用水电单或银行信办的身份，这个影响小点，护照办还是一样然并卵。
信用不良在美是很大的问题，属于玩火。签证官可以以此对你拒签，或者入境关小黑屋。如果情况特殊可以另行说明，最好尽快还上。
