您好，这个问题，主要还是看时间点。根据非途 旅游的材料显示，就2017年的暑假来说，以昆明为例。由于当时昆明正在创办文明城市，所以很多单位和机构，其实都没有假期，大家都在加班加点的去为创文做贡献。这就导致了往年很火的暑假亲子游泰国，今天人数急剧下降，往往很多团收不满。这种情况下，旅行社为了减少损失，就会降价销售，价格也就一低再低。基本上4000左右都可以玩得很好了。
在往年，暑假的价格基本上都是在6000左右。所以其实可以看出来，锐减了很多。
但是到了2018年的寒假，也就是2018年1月和2月。由于暑假没有假期的人们，全都在这个时间段选择陪孩子出国去玩一玩，导致了航空公司与泰国酒店的价格暴涨，机票已经到了3000以上，甚至是四五千都有。加上泰国旺季的到来，酒店价格上涨，1月底2月的跟团均价已经超过了7000，而且仅仅是机票+酒店的行程，如果含上一日游这些类目的话，基本已经到8500+，如果住的更好一点，玩得更好一点，基本上已经过万了。
跟团旅游的价格很大程度上面，和市场有关系，当市场供不应求的时候，自然价格就上涨；当市场供大于求，那价格自然就下降了。所以单纯的说暑假便宜还是寒假便宜，有点太笼统了。
